As an Assistant Manager at Fives Hamilton, you will be an engaging and welcoming individual, who's interpersonal skills will encourage players to play week by week at our club. You will support the daily operations of the site, ensuring a high level of customer service while driving sales and maintaining operational efficiency. You will be focused and commercially driven to drive overall club performance to meet and exceed your club's income targets and KPI's. This role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.

Our Assistant Managers have a dynamic role that requires the following skill set:

Interpersonal - Being that friendly face that our players know, trust, and depend on for their fixture's week by week.

The role requires someone who excels in providing excellent customer service, with duties involving:

Administrative and Reception duties within a 5 a side football complex, handling outgoing and incoming communications.

Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring branch standards are maintained in adherence with company policies and procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office products is essential.

A working knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies is essential.

Work Location & Schedule:

Work Location: In-Person - The successful candidate must relocate or reliably commute to site. (ML3 0DW)

Work Schedule: Shifts will include a mix of day shifts, back shifts and weekend shifts.

(The successful candidate must be available to work evenings and weekends when required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,500.00-27,500.00 per year
