Do you have experience in retail Management?

We are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager who is passionate about our brand. If you are a friendly and outgoing individual, with a natural ability to build rapport with customers, then we want to hear from you.

Our Team provides an attentive and efficient service to ensure all customers receive the best customer experience each time they visit our branches. They also take a proactive role in promoting all the products and services that we offer to achieve and maximise sales whilst maintaining and enhancing the company's image.

Responsibilities:

Using your initiative to ensure the store runs smoothly and all our customers leave feeling happy and satisfied with the service provided. Leading and motivating the team and delegating responsibility. Managing the store in the manager's absence Coaching, mentoring and motivating the team to achieve amazing results and delegating tasks. Working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and increase profitability. Assisting with training new employees and welcoming them into the team.

After several years successfully trading under a different brand we relaunched as CGX! We sell a large range of new and used items at great prices. Our buyback service also enables customers to get cash for items when they need it, without getting rid of them for good.
Customer service is always at the forefront of what we do, and our well-trained staff are always on hand to answer any questions you might have.
We operate out of 12 locations across the North West and North East and we're rapidly expanding across the U.K. so if we aren't already in a town near you, we won't be far away!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
