Bring a commercially minded approach that enhances what makes us unique - with a lot going on within the building we need you to be thinking about where we can be increasing sales opportunities and making efficiencies. Encourage talent to flourish - we're looking for a natural generalist to be the rising tide that lifts all boats. Let them focus on what they do best whilst you nurture, educate and train them to get even better. Tackle the administrative side of the role with ease - ensure all systems and processes are followed and improved upon, learning weekly rhythms and structures, handling stock, submitting payroll information to HQ, health & safety management, updating compliance documents - experience with Epos and Open Table (our booking platform) is very desirable. Report directly to the owners and HR to: ensure statutory compliance across all areas of the business; maintain and improve profitability in line with given targets; anticipate and proactively resolve upcoming site and broader issues; and deal with maintenance in a cost-effective way, especially keeping a tight reign on the weekly rota template.
