Staffline is recruiting for an Assistant Manager in Leeds and Bradford.

The rate of pay is \xc2\xa330,000 per year.

This is a full-time role, working rotating shifts, the hours of work are:

- 8am to 5pm
- 4pm to 1am
- 5pm to 2am
- 9pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As an Assistant Manager, your duties include:

- Create a positive, dynamic and inclusive working environment
- Ensuring security and maintenance are up to date
- Plan and schedule maintenance
- Oversee execution of shift targets
- Verify food safety calibrations and checklists are completed
- Verify order accuracy to ensure stock availability
- Review crew schedule to ensure staffing meets
- Complete performance reviews for assigned managers and crew

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Assistant Manager will be physically fit as this is an active role that includes standing for long hours, in a busy fast-paced kitchen environment.

Assistant Managers will have a can-do attitude with brilliant time management skills and be willing to learn and develop.

Experience in a similar role is required.
