We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. Duties



Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth business functions Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Manage staff schedules, organise training sessions, and support team development initiatives Monitor stock levels, assist with merchandising, and ensure visual standards are maintained Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and uphold high standards of phone etiquette Support sales management strategies by analysing sales data and implementing promotional activities Maintain administrative records accurately, including sales reports, staff attendance, and inventory logs Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times

Skills



Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clientele and team members Proven management experience with a background in supervising teams within retail or similar environments Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff members Excellent organisational skills with effective time management to prioritise tasks efficiently Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, including professional phone etiquette Demonstrated experience in merchandising, sales management, and administrative duties Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and organisational standards Experience in team management combined with strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive working environment Be able to be responsible to run the venue on the days off Be able to take care of the dancers and make sure they have everything they need ready for the week and the nights Be able to be in charge of a bar team and be able to run the bar very professionally and give good customer service Be able to also manage a promotional team A big factor is being able to make the venue busy by helping the owner with the promotional side on the social media and being able to create a good atmosphere in the venue for all the customers. You must have minimum five years plus bar experience ideally 25+ You need to be able to work nights sometimes until 5-6am able to do paperwork at the end off the shift
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 495.00-700.00 per week
