We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant operations, with a passion for food preparation and team management. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests while supporting the management team in daily operations.

Duties

Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service. Supervise kitchen staff and front-of-house teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Train new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices in hospitality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the establishment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to enhance guest satisfaction. Support the management team in developing menus, specials, and promotional activities to drive sales.

Qualifications

3 years previous experience in a supervisory/managerial role in restaurants is essential. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
