Job Summary

The Britannia Smok'd is part of a trio of pubs serving award winning BBQ, crafted cocktails and a huge range of whisky.

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager who has an interest in growing within our independent pub company, we are supportive of our empoyees personal projects and seek someone with passion for hospitality and service.

Responsibilities

Exceptional customer service Cash up Opening and Closing the venue Uphold our high standards and the ethos of Smok'd Ordering and stock management Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices. Cleaning and maintaining standards

Requierments

Expereince in cash up, ordering and daily tasks in a Pub/ Restaurant Strong leadership abilities Excellent time management skills Creative ideas and passion for what we do Able to comute to SE1 central London with finish times up tp 1.30am Experience with whisky, cocktails, wine or Beer (or willingness to learn!)
