What we look for in an Assistant Manager:


We're searching for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our vibrant, food-focused pub. You'll be a hands-on leader with a genuine passion for hospitality and a natural ability to inspire your team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our ongoing success--not only by delivering exceptional customer experiences, but also by keeping our pub lively and engaging through creative marketing and events. Whether it's planning supper clubs, jazz nights, or charity fundraisers, you'll thrive on coming up with ideas and turning them into standout events that set us apart in the community. All fresh ideas are welcome!


What we're looking for:

Previous experience in hospitality management (pub, bar, or restaurant) A marketing mindset and keen interest in promoting the venue Proven ability to plan and manage events of all types and sizes Enthusiasm for developing and mentoring your team Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills A genuine love for food, drink, and great guest experiences
