We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in food and beverage service, and experience in supervising teams within a restaurant or hotel environment. Responsibilities



Assist in overseeing daily restaurant or hotel operations, ensuring smooth service delivery Supervise and motivate staff, including serving personnel, kitchen staff, and baristas, fostering a positive working environment Support food preparation and cooking activities, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality Manage team schedules, organise shifts, and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all areas of operation Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly to uphold excellent customer satisfaction Support in training new staff members on service procedures, food safety standards, and hospitality protocols Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies as needed Contribute to menu planning and development in collaboration with the culinary team Uphold brand standards in presentation, cleanliness, and service excellence

Experience



Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food production is highly desirable Experience in managing teams within a fast-paced environment such as a restaurant or hotel is preferred Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary operations is required Previous roles involving hospitality service, including serving or barista experience, will be advantageous Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively

Pay: 24,420.00-30,498.10 per year
