What is Tampopo Trafford Centre Manchester

Tampopo is a fast-growing group of Far Eastern restaurants in Manchester & London, soon to open more restaurants around the UK. We are looking for a talented Assistant Manager to work as part of the management team to lead, motivate, and inspire their own team to deliver an exceptional guest experience, serving authentically delicious Far Eastern food, making every guest happy.

Pay

OTE 16.40ph plus monthly incentives

30 - 40 hour pw

Have at least 3 years relevant hospitality experience

You will:

Have relevant restaurant experience

Have a proven track record of building high performance teams Have a positive can-do attitude
Training & development:

Full induction training given. We grow our people, and we believe in continuous coaching and development. If suitable, enrolment into our Management Development Programme. Future development may include new openings, training, operations, support centre.

How will you travel to and from the Trafford Centre? Are you able to return home after 11.30pmmidweek/midnight weekends? The position is open to 46.5 hours salary or 40 hour salary contract. an hourly rate contract is also available. please state which you would prefer.
