Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at Whiskey Down. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Duties:
- Assist the Manager in supervising staff and daily operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Assist in staff training and development
- Support in bartending duties as required

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in team management, preferably in a bar or late night venue.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach staff
- Experience in bartending and whiskey knowledge is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Some knowledge/experience of gentlemans clubs and SEV licences would be an advantage.
