The Stonemasons Arms - a secret gem tucked away in the back streets of Hammersmith (and home of the 35th best pizza in Europe!) - is eagerly seeking to expand our management team.

The role of Assistant Manager & Marketing will be combine operational work with a focus on events and marketing.

Strong bar experience is absolutely essential as the candidate must be able to handle a busy bar shift pulling pints and making drinks at speed. Cocktail experience would be ideal, but can be taught.

We are a proper pub so cellar experience is ideal but can be trained - changing barrels and line cleaning are part of the role.

Our Bar Supervisor is second in command of the business and will be expected to undertake rota's, ordering, staff management, training and direct communication with the directors alongside Assistant Manager Henry. Whilst Henry is on holidays, this will be your pub.

A core part of the role will be heading up all marketing, advertising and event planning in the business. Planning & managing social media, email campaigns, posters & offers. We are seeking to build more weekly, monthly and annual events into our calendar. You will have our design guru Rikki at your disposal for any creative work or expert copy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15.00-19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
