What You'll Be Doing as an Assistant Manager:




Supporting the Club Manager in

delivering excellent daily operations

and team performance Help drive

sales, events and programs

to hit club targets Take the lead on shift management, ensuring a smooth and safe customer experience. Train, coach and

motivate the team

- you'll be key part of our leadership pipeline. Ensure high standards of

cleanliness, health & safety and facility management

. Build local community relationships and promote

league growth and repeat business

.

What You Bring to the Squad:




Experience in

team leadership

within a sport, leisure, hospitality or retail environment Ability to multi- task in a busy, hands-on environment You're

customer-obsessed

-- you understand that everytouchpoint matters. Strong communication and organisational skills A positive attitude, solution- focused mindset, and a

desire to grow into club leadership
