Assistant

Manager

MIS & Data Visualization

Tableau, Tableau Server, SQL, and Power Bi and basic QlikView knowledge.

In this role,

the BA will

be responsible for

developing interactive dashboards to help the client make data-driven decisions. This role involves

identifying

opportunities for automation,

designing

and implementing solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. They would execute SQL queries and perform analysis to provide answers to the management on questions asked by the Audit team. This role would bridge the gap between raw data stored in various

datasources

and business insights through analysis and effective visualization.



Responsibilities



Design, develop and

maintain

Tableau dashboards as per requirements.


Optimize

Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.


Conduct analysis and help in creating documents of business requirements for investment banking processes.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective au

tomation solutions.


Monitor and

maintain

reports to ensure

optimal

performance.


Create and manage Tableau data extracts, data blending and custom calculations.


Conduct data massaging to prepare data and

maintain

data quality across various reports.


Collaborate with cross functional teams and relevant stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into functional dashboards and reports in line with regula

tory, compliance, and control standards.


Implement best practices for dashboard building and data visualization.


Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and performance issues.


Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.


Qualifications we

Minimum Qualifications



Proven experience working as a Tableau Developer or a similar BI role.


Experience in working in an Agile environment.


Hands-on experience with working on different relational databases like SQL, MySQL, DB2, etc.


Experience in data warehousing concepts and ETL process is a plus.


Knowledge about investment banking processes and directives is a plus.


Experience in business analysis within the financial services sector.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.


Detail-oriented with the ability to adhere to strict timelines.


Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced), MS Word, and project management tools like JIRA.


Strong analytical skills with a focus on Business process improvement and automation.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


Experience with Agile methodologies and tools


Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
