We're a family-run business that has operated in Eat Central food court in Merry Hill Shopping Centre since 2009. We're super passionate about fantastic pizza and pasta, great customer service and doing the job properly.
At the heart of our business is fantastic food and as part of the management team, you'll be supporting the running of the business and working closely with your team to ensure we are always serving the best pizza and pasta to our customers.
Our pizza dough is freshly made each day and rises over 72 hours for an exceptionally high quality product.
Our customer satisfaction level is very high and our google review rating stands at 4.7.
We only work with the best and freshest ingredients, which are prepared on-site daily to ensure our guests have the best experience possible.
A little bit about the role...
As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with your General Manager with the overall running of the store. This means that you will assist with - stock, team, labour, customer service, product quality, ordering, cleanliness and much more. You will help with ensuring your customers receive great service and food, growing the sales, profitability, and growth of the business with the owners of the business at your side to help and guide you.
We're looking for our Assistant Manager to :-
Fully deputise for the General manager
Help to build a customer-focused team that is committed to delivery exceptional food & service
Control costs on your shifts within your store through stock management, labour control, training, rewards, and recognition
Be hands-on and lead from the front.
Training and developing your team to reach their full potential
Progress to running their own store

Full time : 5 days per week 35, 40 or 45 hour contract available
