Assistant Restaurant Manager - Seaside Dining Destination (New Milton Area)
Salary: Up to 38,000 per annum
Tips: Cash tips paid weekly - approx. 300/month
Hours: 45 hours per week (paid overtime available)
Accommodation: No live-in

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team leadership
Ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth front-of-house performance
Managing staff rotas, training, and development
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
Contributing to a positive, energetic working environment
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
A proactive, customer-focused attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
