At iBounce Newton Abbot we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in the leisure & hospitality sector.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining high standards across all areas.

This position is perfect for someone with a passion for indoor leisure & who is eager to develop their leadership skills while contributing to a vibrant team environment.

Duties

Assist in managing daily operations within the trampoline park, soft play and cafe setting, ensuring smooth service delivery. Supervise staff and assist in food preparation and production, maintaining quality and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication among all departments. Provide training and support to new staff members, fostering a positive team atmosphere. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist in implementing promotional activities and events to enhance guest experience.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality management is an advantage but not a requirement. Experience in kitchen operations, food preparation, and culinary practices is highly desirable. Proven ability in team management and supervising staff effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also taking initiative when required. Knowledge of health & safety practices would be an advantage. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

This role requires availability to work at least everyday other weekend as well as some weekdays.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.50-14.25 per hour
