Supply Lead - Boots UK Supply
Secondment / Fixed Term Contract - 18 Months

A great opportunity to join our Supply team to lead the management of a key strategic project associated the transfer of production sites of a large number of Boots Branded lines.

This role is a critical role and therefore the individual should have a high level of expertise in supply chain, ideally with own brand goods and an understanding product life cycle management.

This is an 18-month fixed term contract based in Nottingham

About the role

  • You will work closely with a cross functional team to deliver supply continuity through the manufacturing transfer of the Boots UK skus within the Fareva manufacturing network.
  • Develop tracking and regular reporting cadence for establishment of bridging stocks. Escalate issues as appropriate to senior management.
  • Track and provide regular insights and reports into the project team and senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure all supply chain master data is setup and ready for use in-time for manufacturing/order placement
  • Development of communication strategy to all key stakeholders
  • Be central point of contact for all supply chain issues relating to Project Archway.
  • Create critical path to ensure right first-time delivery
  • Engage broader stakeholders within BUK, e.g. merchandising, stores, warehousing and planning, working through issues and planning for success

What you\'ll need to have
  • Proven experience within a Supply or Supply chain role is essential to this role
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience of analysing large data sets is required for this role
  • You must be analytical and organized, able to work and deliver at pace. Excellent attention to detail, using facts and data to make informed decisions
  • The ideal candidate will be process focused, have effective communication, and strong numerical skills
  • Ability to influence and challenge, taking accountability for your KPI\'s
  • The role at times can be challenging, demanding and fast paced therefore you must have a flexible and adaptable approach to work, be able to manage expectations of your key stakeholders and prioritise workloads accordingly and when required
