Do you have experience leading teams in a Social Care setting? Are you looking to develop your leadership experience? Do you want to work with a great team to make a difference in people's lives?

At The Crescent Recovery Service, we house individuals with mental health difficulties with additional substance misuse issues. We provide 24-hours supported housing service that offers practical and emotional support and signposts to other relevant specialist services.



You'll be responsible with supporting the Service Manager and to be there to supervise and support the staff team. You will manage the service as a whole, act as landlord and manage the staff team whilst working and complying with FHA aims and objectives and complying with contractual obligations.


Duties & Responsibilities




Staff management and other resource management (Financial and Physical) as appropriate. Provide management to staff daily to ensure the service runs smoothly. Management of staff from recruitment to exit. Partnership working, including funding raising with statutory voluntary, community groups. Responsible for housing management. Duty manager, peer audits and hearings. Health & Safety of building, staff and service users. Overseeing and engaging where appropriate with all aspects of support for move on/successful independent living. Produce service monitoring data.
