Job Description

The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority ("the Authority") regulates firms engaged in financial activities, including insurance, pensions, banking, investments, fiduciary services and fund administration. The Authority is also responsible for supervision of anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) compliance for those involved in the financial sector as well as a range of other Designated Businesses and has oversight of compliance with the Beneficial Ownership Act 2017.

ASSISTANT MANAGER - PEOPLE & CULTURE




An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Authority for the role of Assistant Manager working within the People & Culture Division.


The successful candidate will support the delivery of key finance and HR functions with a particular focus on finance, data management and project support. The candidate will have experience working in a finance/HR support environment and some knowledge of essential finance processes, including experience working with finance systems and managing data input. The candidate will ideally hold or be willing to work towards a relevant professional qualification in the field of finance.
