Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with experience in team leadership, customer service, cellar management, social media, event organising and hotels. This role is pivotal in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow within the bar and dining areas Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment while promoting high standards of service. Ensure compliance with food safety & health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout pub and hotel Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Skills

Proven experience in supervising teams within a hospitality setting. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Background in bartending is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Pay: 26,000.00-29,000.00 per year
