We're looking for an energetic, hands-on
Assistant Manager
to join our busy Shell petrol station. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and love leading a team, this role is for you.What You'll Do
Keep daily operations running smoothly Lead, motivate and support the team on every shift Deliver standout customer service and maintain a welcoming store Ensure safety, compliance and high operational standards Manage stock, ordering, cash handling and admin tasks Help shape rotas, train new team members and support performance
What You Bring
Experience in retail or forecourt leadership (ideal but not essential) Confident communicator with strong people skills Positive, can-do attitude with a hands-on approach Organised, reliable and calm under pressure Flexibility to work early/late shifts and weekends
