34k + Up to 10k Tips + Staff Benefits

The Role:

As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant. You'll be a key player in maintaining our high standards and inspiring our team to go above and beyond with at least

2 years experience

in a similar role and environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in leading and motivating front-of-house staff Ensure exceptional service is consistently delivered Help manage bookings, floor operations, and customer experience Contribute to staff training and development Assist with stock control and health & safety compliance Deputise for the Restuarant Manager when required Key Holder position with Cash handling responsibilities

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a leadership role within a quality restaurant setting A genuine passion for hospitality and food Strong communication and team management skills Calm under pressure with a keen eye for detail Knowledge of fine dining service standards is a strong advantage
