Join our team at Sebastian's Italian Richmond as an Assistant Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant, high-paced environment where you'll play a crucial role in the daily operations of our restaurant. You'll work closely with the General Manager, ensuring the smooth running of our establishment, with the potential to grow and develop into a General Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and support the General Manager

- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards

- Lead and motivate the team to achieve excellence

- Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling

- Uphold the authenticity and quality of our Italian cuisine and wine offerings

Contract Details:

- 51k per year

- Hours: 48 hours per week

- Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per year

- Meals: provided during duty

- Growth Opportunity: Potential to develop into a General Manager role

Ideal Candidate:

- Previous experience in a high-paced environment

- An excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and winery

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Italian restaurant
