Assistant Manager

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service and high standards Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience Ensuring all compliance, health & safety and operational procedures are followed Managing stock, ordering and deliveries to maintain excellent availability Building strong relationships with customers, clients and colleagues

What we're looking for:

A positive, proactive leader with experience in hospitality and management roles. Great communication and people skills A passion for hospitality and delivering brilliant service Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Someone who takes pride in getting things done and supporting their team
