Key responsibilities



The role of assistant manager is responsible for the support of the general manager and the location team and carries responsibility for a variety of tasks. The role demands strong operational focus with the ability to support/play an active role in the achievement of our sales and commercial objectives as outlined in the balance score card.



Deputising in the absence of your manager and covering colleagues in their absence, our assistant managers have the skill set to manage all aspects of our buildings.


Create a proactive. empowering and safe workplace for our colleagues and member through your contribution to our team and values adoption Achieve, with your team, the location's balance score card objectives. Deputise in the absence of your general manager and provide support and cover as required within your location for periods of leave/absence from community and reception (where applicable) Build partnership/values driven relationships with our third-party service providers to maintain service level agreement (SLA) standards. Participate in the Clockwise growth strategy through sharing of leads, ideas and best practice and new location openings support

Key skills and experience



Experience within flex-space, management, hospitality and/or facilities is advantageous
