Assistant Manager St Vincent Bar

St Vincent is part of the Tiny Cup Collective (Crybaby, Nightcap, Nip's). We're a busy neighbourhood pub with a strong community of locals and a steady flow of visitors to Edinburgh. Known for our welcoming service, great drinks selection and lively atmosphere, we're proud to be the kind of pub people return to again and again.
We're now looking for a full-time Assistant Manager to join the team. You'll support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar, leading shifts, keeping service smooth and making sure standards stay high. This is a hands-on role - you'll be behind the bar, on the floor and leading by example.
What we're looking for
Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality Energy and enthusiasm, with a calm, confident presence on the floor Strong guest engagement - approachable, welcoming and personable A sharp eye for detail - relaxed and friendly doesn't mean sloppy Organisational skills to keep busy shifts running efficiently An interest in good beer, spirits and great hospitality Team spirit - supportive, proactive, no egos
