Manage kitchen operations, including food production, inventory control, and compliance with food safety regulations. Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that encourages professional growth. Handle customer inquiries and feedback effectively to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with management on menu planning, staff scheduling, and operational improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality sector. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation and cooking. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Previous experience in kitchen operations or barista roles is advantageous. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
