We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties

Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Supervise staff whilst fostering a positive work environment. Adhering to food safety standards. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times. Collaborate with the management team to implement operational policies and procedures.. Support the leadership team in achieving financial goals through effective cost control measures.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations. Background in serving and barista experience is advantageous. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
