Assistant Manager - Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing the day-to-day running of the pub Leading and training the team to deliver excellent service Supporting with recruitment, rota planning, and staff development Running a smooth, well-organised service with efficiency and professionalism Assisting with event planning, and social media content Supporting business financials, stock management, and ordering Ensuring high standards of food, drink, and customer experience

What We're Looking For:

Passion for great food, service, and hospitality Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, team-focused approach Ability to manage the demands of a fast-paced business Flexibility to work holidays, bank holiday weekends, and busy summer periods An understanding of the business side of running a successful pub Creative input and enthusiasm for developing our offering
