Allstars Sports Bowl is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager with a passion for customer service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
In this hands-on role, you'll be involved in all aspects of running the venue. You'll build key relationships and work closely with the existing management team to ensure we're delivering the best possible experience to our customers.
You will be trained across all areas of the business to support effective operations. Working closely with the Deputy Manager and General Manager, you'll contribute to both front-of-house excellence and back-of-house efficiency.
This is a full-time position on a 40-hour contract.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 12 months' managerial experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
A desire to provide customers with the best possible experience
Proven experience in inspiring and developing large teams
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support team members
Confidence in handling customer complaints or issues calmly and professionally
Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Flexibility to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
A driven and ambitious mindset with a willingness to grow within the business
