The Role:
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will:
Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Drive business growth by actively pursuing new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Ensure efficient processes and systems are in place to meet customer demands.

What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strong sales and customer service experience.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
Knowledge of the electrical supplies industry is advantageous but not essential.

Assistant Branch Manager
- Experience & Attributes:
o Electrical product knowledge is advantageous
Strong sales and negotiation skills, including telesales and account management
To be customer centric with a customer service background
To have had experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced role, whilst maintaining a consistent eye for detail
An ability to embrace change and new technologies
Excellent communication skills (including persuasion and influencing)
Intermediate IT skills (i.e., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
