Annual salary of up to 32,000 Share of gratuities circa 6000 per annum, paid monthly

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to, to join our progressive and motivated team at The Cricketers on the Green, located in the beautiful village of Pirbright and walking distance to Brookwood train station.

The Cricketers offers a seasonal menu with award winning cheeses and local produce, an extensive wine list and a range of beer and craft ales. Our clientele is spoilt for choice with a variety of seating options from the Italian style terrace to the main restaurant and an inviting yurt for afternoon tea and events.

We're dedicated to sourcing from British farmers and producers and using only sustainable ingredients at all our pubs. Our highly skilled chefs believe there is nothing better than fresh, local, seasonal ingredients that have travelled only a small distance to our kitchens.

This role will give you a great opportunity hone your business and leadership skills, working with the Pub Manager, you will contribute to operational decisions and implement new procedures where necessary.

As the Assistant Manager you will:

Have at least 1 year

management

experience within the hospitality sector Ideally have 3 years' experience within

customer service

and or hospitality Have proven

leadership experience

motivating and developing others, retaining people, and increasing team morale. Be

independent and self-sufficient

, confident in making clear decisions and able to deliver a structured plan to achieve business goals. Be
