- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure situations calmly.
- Fully flexible across 7 days, and cover holidays/ sickness as required.
- Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management
- staff scheduling / holidays.
