Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate front of house staff to ensure smooth service operations Train and mentor team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service standards Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene practices in accordance with regulations Oversee the dining experience, ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food production and menu offerings Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly Implement effective team management strategies to foster a positive work environment Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant setting

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written A passion for providing outstanding hospitality and enhancing guest experiences Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
