Kaffe O is a Nordic Coffee company with seven outlets in Belfast (Ormeau Road, Botanic Avenue , Cregagh, Lisburn Road, Chichester Street, Donegall House, Arthur Street ). We are committed to making and serving real food and consistently great coffee, which comes from our roaster in Copenhagen, in as ethical and environmentally friendly way as possible.

We are looking for someone who loves helping to manage a team in a busy customer service environment for our

ORMEAU ROAD

store. This experience could come from coffee shops, restaurant or deli roles. It is a hands on role working along side the store Manager and working with a small very experienced team. The person must be able to deliver great customer service and ensure their team does the same. They must also be comfortable with the administrative side of the managers role helping when needed with training, managing staff and working in a target driven environment.

We are looking for an experienced

Assistant Coffee Shop Manager

There is an excellent but fair starting pay rate with potential progression within the company.
The role also attracts full private medical insurance.

It is a full time position approx 35hrs a week, applicants must be flexible, including weekends.
