We are seeking a Daytime Manager to join our team at Bear Coffee Company Limited in Wimborne. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our customers enjoy not just great coffee but also an inviting atmosphere. Your leadership will be key in upholding our mission of excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards. Implement effective team management strategies to foster a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with management on inventory control and supply ordering. Contribute to the development of new menu items and promotions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting. Strong supervisory skills with a background in team management. Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service excellence. Excellent leadership abilities with a passion for coffee culture. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
