Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages while ensuring high standards of presentation Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as necessary Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Uphold the establishment's standards of hospitality and service excellence

Requirements

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable Culinary experience or food preparation skills are advantageous Strong leadership abilities with prior supervising experience preferred Excellent team management skills to foster a collaborative environment Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Barista experience is a plus for establishments serving coffee or specialty drinks A positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role

Pay: 12.21-14.11 per hour
