We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant or establishment, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and growth. Manage inventory levels, including food production supplies, and assist in ordering as necessary. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Support the Manager in implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality sector is essential. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is required. Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record in team management. Experience in serving customers with a focus on hospitality excellence. Familiarity with barista duties is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
