We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager with previous kitchen and managerial experience to join our team. You will support daily operations, assist with staff supervision, and ensure smooth kitchen and service management during your shifts.
Responsibilities
:
Assist in managing kitchen operations and staff.
Maintain high standards of food preparation and hygiene.
Support scheduling, training, and day-to-day management tasks.
Ensure excellent customer service and efficient workflow.
Step in for the manager as required.
Requirements
:
Previous kitchen experience.
Previous management or supervisory experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
