store in

South Wales

motivated and experienced retail leader

to help us make it a success!

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the Store Manager in leading the team to success Delivering

exceptional customer service

and driving daily performance Leading by example on the shop floor to achieve sales and service targets Coaching and mentoring team members through training and development Managing operational tasks including stock control and cash handling Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
Experience You'll Bring:

Proven experience as a

Supervisor or Assistant Manager

in retail A strong background in

customer service and sales

An ability to

motivate and develop a team

Commercial awareness and a drive to hit targets A passion for second-hand retail and pre-owned goods is a plus!
