Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and train team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Assist in creating work schedules and assigning tasks to team members
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team to achieve goals
- Sales experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities
