About

the role.

As Assistant in the Marketing team, you'll be responsible for supporting the planning and execution activations on retail, wholesale and pure player for the Calvin Klein brand across the hub (UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Nordics). This role is a 12 month fixed term Maternity Cover.

Responsibilities

Include but not limited to

Work with the wider Marketing and Communications teams to coordinate product samples request Maintain the retail and wholesale marketing distribution/contact lists Work as part of the wider team on ad hoc tasks including events, VIP guests, gifting, talent hosting in store and logistics Support on budget management - raising PO's and processing invoices Support on relevant reporting for marketing and communications; build consistent templates to work across the hub Support Marketing and Communications Specialists with maintenance of admin including seasonal calendars, trackers and planning files Support Marketing Specialists with brand asset distribution and campaign imagery across all channels (including seasonal campaign imagery and product images) Support Retail and Wholesale with marketing requests and execution
