Job Description

Are you an early-career engineer eager to gain hands-on experience in construction projects?

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), supporting the pre-construction phase from design through procurement while collaborating with a wide range of internals and externals stakeholders. If you are interested in being involved in a project from its concept stage through to delivery, we would love to hear from you!


Your main duties:



Design & Coordination



Support coordination with architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders in the design and development of MEP systems Assist in reviewing MEP design drawings, layouts, and specifications for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems

Tender & Procurement Support

Assist in preparing material take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for MEP systems. Support the preparation of scope of works and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for suppliers and subcontractors.

Testing & Commissioning

Support testing and commissioning activities to verify that MEP systems operate as designed and meet performance and energy-efficiency requirements. Assist in preparing commissioning documentation and reports as required.

Compliance, Health & Safety



Ensure that all MEP systems are designed and installed in compliance with applicable building codes, statutory regulations, safety standards, and project-specific requirements. Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures related to MEP works.

You are either beginning your professional journey or ideally, have a few years of experience, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Reliable and trustworthy Appetite for learning and gaining experience A degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or a related field (preferred).
