Job Description

We are looking for an assistant merchandiser to join our busy menswear apparel team.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Manage the critical path from order placement to final delivery, ensuring on-time production and shipment. Liaise with overseas suppliers and factories to track production, resolve issues, and ensure specification compliance. Coordinate product development, sampling, and approvals with design and sourcing teams. Manage SKU set-up, new line forms, and maintain accurate product data (PIM). Chase and process customer purchase orders (POs). Coordinate shipment bookings, customs documentation, and landed costs with freight forwarders and internal teams. Plan and manage deliveries with own warehouse and customer warehouses. Support invoicing and resolve shipping or billing discrepancies. Proactively manage delays, shortages, and delivery issues.

Key skills & experience

Some experience or strong interest in merchandising, supply chain, or shipping coordination. Basic understanding of the production and delivery process (training provided). Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications. Proactive, eager to learn, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Degree qualified in fashion, business, supply chain, logistics, or a related discipline.

Pay: 25,500.00-27,000.00 per year
