Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and driven Merchandiser to join our growing team. This role involves managing the full product lifecycle, coordinating with suppliers, handling logistics, and supporting both internal teams and external customers. While experience in the fashion industry is a plus, it is not essential--candidates with strong supply chain or merchandising backgrounds in similar fast-paced environments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Critical Path: Monitor and follow up on timelines to ensure production and delivery schedules are met.

- Sticker & Label Creation: Produce production stickers and labels according to customer and product specifications.

- Freight Coordination: Request and follow up on competitive SEA and AIR freight rates.

-Shipment Booking: Organize and book SEA and AIR shipments, ensuring all relevant paperwork is in order.

-Delivery Scheduling: Coordinate delivery appointments with customers and logistics providers.

-Documentation: Create detailed packing lists and ensure all shipping documents are accurate.

- Customer Invoicing: Generate, send, and follow up on customer invoices to ensure timely payment.

- Warehouse Liaison: Work closely with warehouse teams regarding stock movements, samples, and deliveries.

- Sample Handling: Chase gold seal samples from production and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Key Skills & Attributes:

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Effective communication and follow-up abilities

- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and admin skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and related systems

- Knowledge of international freight and logistics is an advantage

- A proactive and solution-focused mindset

Experience & Qualifications:

- 1-2 years' experience in a merchandising, production, or supply chain role is preferred but not required as training is provided.

- Background in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods is preferred but not required

- Experience working with warehouses and logistics providers is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
