We are seeking to employ an experienced childcare practitioner with leadership experience, who is seeking to progress with a forward thinking childcare provider. This is a Full time position.
Candidates should hold at least a level 3 qualification, but the role would also suit those with Level 6 or 7.
The role is one that will be working with the children but will provide the opportunity to help manage day to day operations in a leadership role and develop the practice within the nursery.
Experience in leading safeguarding would be advantageous as would a working knowledge in SEND.
Most importantly we are looking for someone who not only brings excellence in practice, but is positive, upbeat and can develop good relationships. The perfect candidate will support the manager and be strong enough to lead in their absence.
