As our
Deputy Nursery Manager
, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our Nursery. You will help create a

where children can learn, play, and grow. Working with children aged

Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Nursery Manager with the daily running of the Nursery
Promoting and maintaining a
safe, caring, and stimulating educational environment
Supervising and developing Nursery staff
Assisting with staff training, appraisals, and mentoring
What you will need:
Minimum
Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification
Strong knowledge of the
EYFS framework and regulations
Confidence in
leading, supporting, and inspiring a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
