What You'll Do
Support daily office operations & administration
Assist with scheduling, customer communication, and job management
Help maintain smooth workflows for engineers & management
Contribute to improving processes as the company scales
Provide exceptional customer service
Manage email inboxes, invoicing support, and document handling

Great communication and people skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and adapt in a growing business
Admin experience (preferred but not essential -- training provided)
