Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across various departments, contributing to the overall success of our operations. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Duties



Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and effectively. Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on operational performance. Train, mentor, and support team members to foster a positive work environment. Manage inventory levels and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently. Assist in budgeting and financial planning to optimise operational costs. Address any operational issues or challenges promptly and effectively.

Experience



Previous experience in an operations management role or similar position is essential. Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Proficient in using relevant software tools for reporting and analysis. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 29,343.00-30,901.00 per year
